Injury Prevention Workshops in Lebanon, NJ

Train Smarter and Stay in the Game

You don't have to accept that getting hurt is just part of being active. Our injury prevention program identifies your weak spots and fixes them before they become problems, so you can train harder, perform better, and actually enjoy what you do without always being sidelined.

Why Active People Keep Getting Injured

You're Only Treating Symptoms Not Root Causes

You ice it rest it and hope it goes away. But the underlying weakness or movement issue that caused the injury is still there waiting to flare up again.

Training Programs Ignore Individual Limitations

Cookie-cutter workout plans don't account for your body's specific imbalances. You're pushing through movements that stress your weak links until something eventually breaks.

Warning Signs Get Ignored Until It's Too Late

That nagging tightness or occasional twinge is your body telling you something's wrong. By the time you finally address it, you're looking at weeks of downtime instead of a simple fix.

Common Conditions We Treat

Common Risk Factors We Address

Issues that lead to repeated injuries if left unchecked

Hip Weakness and Glute Dysfunction

Limited Ankle Mobility

Core Instability and Poor Bracing

Shoulder Mobility Restrictions

Hamstring Weakness and Imbalance

Faulty mechanics like excessive lumbar extension, knee valgus, or poor landing technique that stress vulnerable structures and guarantee eventual injury without correction.

Athletes Who Stopped the Injury Cycle

Stories from people who finally broke free

Dr.Holly is amazing! I can’t say enough about how much she has helped my daughter who is a dancer/ballerina. We have been to many physical therapists over the years and by far Dr. Holly has been the best. You can’t beat the one on one care and attention and we can see the progress.

I have been bringing my daughter to Holly for several years. She has helped my daughter through many difficult growth and dance situations. Holly is very knowledgeable, supportive and reliable. I highly recommend her. We always go to her first for any dance injury.

I’m being treated for knee pain at Elevation Physical Therapy. It’s been an incredibly positive experience. I’m amazed by the individual attention I receive and the determination to address all the related issues. I’m feeling very optimistic that I will finally have real improvement. I already see a difference after only a few visits. Dr. Mac Weiss is outstanding!!

Frequently Asked Questions

What you need to know about injury prevention

Who is this program for?

This is for anyone who's tired of getting hurt repeatedly. If you're active, training for something, or just want to stay healthy as you age, this program helps you identify and fix problems before they sideline you.

How is this different from regular strength training?

Regular strength training doesn't assess your individual movement patterns or address specific imbalances. This program is customized based on how your body moves and where you're vulnerable. It's targeted prevention, not generic fitness.

How long does the program take?

The initial assessment is 60 minutes. After that your prevention program takes 15-30 minutes 2-3 times per week. It's designed to fit into your existing routine not take it over.

Do I need to be injured to do this?

No—that's the whole point. This is for people who want to stay healthy and avoid injury in the first place. If you're currently dealing with pain, we'd start with treatment and then transition to prevention.

What if I'm already working with a coach or trainer?

Great! We can coordinate with them to make sure your prevention work complements your training program. Many coaches appreciate having a PT identify and address weak links they don't have time to focus on.

Still have questions?

Not sure if injury prevention is right for you? Let's talk about your training and injury history to see if this makes sense.
