Customer Testimonials

Hear from active adults and dancers in High Bridge who've gotten back to doing what they love.

I tore my hamstring and went through three other doctors who all told me I would never be able to dance at 100%. The last doctor finally gave me a glimmer of hope and Holly’s card. Holly understands there is no “never dancing again” for me. She pushed me, realistically but without telling me I couldn’t or wouldn’t. She showed up. She supported me. She gets it. I’m dancing again and doing things the doctors told me I’d never be able to do. Dancer friends, go see her!

5 stars for sure! Wish I could give Elevation PT more! Reviewing now as a Dance Studio owner (reviewed previously from my mom perspective…). I own a ballet studio in Annandale, West Jersey Youth Ballet, where we train dancers from beginner to those entering the professional field. We have referred our dancers to Holly (and her team) without hesitation when we see an imbalance or alignment issue that can be assisted with physical therapy. Holly and Julia are EXCELLENT at seeing and diagnosing where weaknesses are and giving exercises that can avoid serious injury before they happen. At WJYB, we are all about safe practices and proper technique, so Holly is the perfect resource for helping keep our dancers performance ready at all times. I highly recommend Elevation PT for dancers of all genres, as well as non-dancers. The detail and care that the team puts in to each client is exceptional. Having an app with exercises to do between sessions is fabulous. I have seen dancers recover completely from injuries, as well as dancers increase their strength and alignment with the help of Holly and her team. Highly recommend!

I've seen countless physical therapists over this past year and Mac has been the only one to finally help me. I went in for my first appointment barely walking and left feeling infinitely better and was walking that week. I'm so incredibly grateful. Holly the owner and all the other staff are wonderful, kind, and they go out of their way to help in so many ways. Thank you so much!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from High Bridge residents about physical therapy, scheduling, and what to expect during your first visit.

Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist in New Jersey?

No, New Jersey has direct access laws that allow you to see a physical therapist without a physician referral for up to 30 days or 12 visits.

How long are appointments?

All sessions are 60 minutes of one-on-one time with Holly. No double-booking, no assistants—just focused, personalized care.

Do you take insurance?

We're out-of-network with most insurance plans, which allows us to offer longer sessions and more personalized care. We can provide superbills for reimbursement.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your specific injury and goals. After your initial evaluation, we'll create a clear treatment plan with realistic timelines so you know what to expect.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. If you have imaging results or previous PT records, bring those along. We'll handle the rest.
