What Our Clients Say

Clinton-area residents share how they've overcome injuries and returned to peak performance.

I have been bringing my daughter to Holly for several years. She has helped my daughter through many difficult growth and dance situations. Holly is very knowledgeable, supportive and reliable. I highly recommend her. We always go to her first for any dance injury.
Deidre Terpin
Outstanding! Did more for me in two sessions than years of chiro and PT. Highly recommend.
Tap Dancer
I've seen countless physical therapists over this past year and Mac has been the only one to finally help me. I went in for my first appointment barely walking and left feeling infinitely better and was walking that week. I'm so incredibly grateful. Holly the owner and all the other staff are wonderful, kind, and they go out of their way to help in so many ways. Thank you so much!!!!

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions from Clinton residents about physical therapy, insurance, and getting started.

Do I need a doctor's referral to start physical therapy?

No, New Jersey allows direct access to physical therapy. You can schedule an evaluation without a referral for up to 30 days or 12 visits.

What's included in a session?

Each appointment is a full 60 minutes with Holly, no assistants or overlapping patients. You get her complete focus on your recovery.

Is Elevation Physical Therapy in-network with my insurance?

We're out-of-network with most plans, but we provide detailed superbills you can submit for reimbursement. This model lets us spend more time with you.

How long will my treatment take?

Every case is different. After your evaluation, we'll outline a realistic plan so you know what to expect and can track your progress.

What do I need for my first visit?

Come in comfortable athletic clothing and bring any imaging or previous PT notes if you have them. We'll take care of the rest.
