What Our Clients Say

Hear from active adults, athletes, and dancers in Lebanon and the surrounding area who got back to moving — and stayed there.

I cannot say enough good things about the work ‘Miss Holly’ did with my daughter! As a mom who worries, we sought out Holly to help my daughter learn to prevent injuries as a new pointe dancer (ballerina) when she was eleven. She never, before or since, had any teacher do a better job helping her to understand her own body and how it does the things it does. In her sessions with Holly, my daughter got all in one positive professional; a personal trainer, physical therapist, dance teacher, and she even made recommendations for better suited pointe shoes. Holly helped increase her turnout, flexibility, and strength. That year my daughter placed top 12 at YAGP and was accepted into the Philadelphia Ballet’s summer intensive! I would still be using her if we lived closer, but for that year it was worth the drive! If, God forbid, my daughter had a major injury, I would make the drive again because she would be the only one I trusted.

I’m being treated for knee pain at Elevation Physical Therapy. It’s been an incredibly positive experience. I’m amazed by the individual attention I receive and the determination to address all the related issues. I’m feeling very optimistic that I will finally have real improvement. I already see a difference after only a few visits. Dr. Mac Weiss is outstanding!!

I came in with a major knee injury and a sore muscle in my foot that affected the way i dance, and the way that i walked. Dr. Holly first got me out of pain, and then strengthened all of the muscles around it. The knee pain used to come back every few weeks, but it has not come back since i started. My foot always comes and goes, but since i started it has not hurt like it used to and it has got stronger which is important for ballet. I recommend

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to what Lebanon-area patients ask most about physical therapy, scheduling, and our approach.

Do I need a referral to start physical therapy in New Jersey?

No. New Jersey's direct access law allows you to begin PT without a physician referral for up to 30 days or 12 visits.

What does a session at Elevation PT actually look like?

Every appointment is 60 minutes of one-on-one time with your therapist. No aides, no shared sessions — just focused, hands-on care and a clear progression plan.

Do you accept insurance?

We're cash-based and out-of-network. This allows for longer, more individualized sessions. We provide superbills you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

How many visits will I need?

It depends on your situation and goals. After your initial evaluation, we'll outline a realistic plan so you know what to expect and can track your progress.

What should I wear to my appointment?

Comfortable athletic clothing you can move in. If you have imaging or prior PT records, bring those along — though it's not required.

Still have questions?

We're happy to talk through your situation and whether physical therapy is the right next step for you.

Ready to Get Started?

Lebanon residents can get started with a free phone consult. Tell us what's going on, and we'll walk you through whether PT is the right fit and what your plan could look like.
